MUSIC AND ARTS
“Gifted by you, we turn to you, offering
up ourselves in praise;
thankful songs shall rise forever,
gracious donor of our days.”
God, Whose Giving Knows No Ending ELW 678
In worship, we receive the Gospel through
sacrament, proclamation, and song. Our response is
thanksgiving using voice, instrument, dance, glass, and more.
Martin Luther wrote, “He who sings prays twice”. From djembe
to harp, stone to glass, and voice to arms uplifted in dance, God’s
people give prayer and praise to Christ Jesus.
Please explore the variety of ways to be
involved in the arts and musical groups at Grace Lutheran. All
are welcome!
